Responsible Gambling at Winari Pokies

A VIP programme and active tournaments are designed to reward sustained play, which makes setting a budget and a time limit before you start more important, not less. Decide on both in advance and stick to them, regardless of how close a tier upgrade or a leaderboard position might feel.

Avoid increasing a deposit or extending a session purely to reach the next VIP tier or hold a tournament ranking. Tier progress and leaderboard positions will still be there next time, and chasing them under pressure rarely improves either.

Account tools including deposit and loss limits, session reminders, cool-down periods and self-exclusion remain available at every VIP tier. Review your settings or contact support to choose the controls that fit your play.

Australian players can reach free, confidential support at any time through Gambling Help Online at gamblinghelponline.org.au or by calling 1800 858 858.

Family members or friends concerned about someone else's gambling can also contact the same service for guidance.
